Stayed this place 6 nights from Oct. 16th to Oct. 22nd. Listed below are few things that should not happened for 4 stars hotel, specially #2,3
1, Yellow shower water on 19th (took few pictures). I reported to front desk. 45 minutes late, a tech person came. tried a few things, and could not figure out the reason. (when I checked out on 22nd, I asked the front desk again. One lady said the boiler had some issues that day...)
2, On 20th, I saw two yellow and dirty face towels. (did not report).
3, On 21st, my room was not cleaned. (I left the room at 7 am and came back at noon. had 1 and half hour break at room. left @1:30, and back around 7pm).
Two days after checking out, I noticed that they charged me $300 for parking, then I called Hilton to find the reason. A man immediately told me that I would be refunded on Monday WITHOUT asking my name, when stayed... then I told him that I wanted to talk with manager. The manager is nice, and she said the SYSTEM had an issue. SYSTEM issue!! that is a good answer. I just ask a simple question: If i did not notice, or did not call you, do you refund me?
