The bright, stylish 3-room apartment is located in the 2nd First floor of the villa "City Residence". The friendly 56 sqm living space are divided into 2 separate bedrooms, a tasteful living-dining area with integrated kitchen and an attractive shower room with a maritime flair. The kitchen is u. a. equipped with oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. From the adjoining balcony you can enjoy a view of Lake Schloonsee, which is about 150 meters away. The location is close to the beach, yet central and with the comfort of the apartment, it offers a relaxing and relaxing stay for four people. In addition, a comfortable extra bed for two more people on the sofa bed can be made in this apartment. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available to the house guests by means of coin machine. The town of Residenz has a small wellness area with sauna and whirlpool, which the guests can use for a fee individually by arrangement. Ideal for relaxing after a beach walk in the fall, winter and spring months.

The villa "Stadt-Residenz", completely renovated in 2002, is located in the heart of Bansin, in the 2nd district. Row, no 2 minutes walk to the beach. After an extensive reconstruction with attention to detail, the city residence has been transformed into a comfortable, high-quality equipped holiday villa. Eight stylish apartments of varying size and layout allow for occupancy of 2 to 6 people. The apartments have a balcony or terrace except one apartment with a French balcony.   Thanks to the favorable location, the apartments in the upper and attic floors offer partly a double attractive view. On the right hand, the view can sweep over the opposite Schloonsee, left you have a limited view of a Zipfelmeerblick on the Baltic Sea.   All apartments are modern and comfortably furnished. The quality built-in kitchens are equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, oven and dishwasher. There are washing and drying facilities in the house. A parking space is associated with each apartment and is located on the parking lot 50 meters away. Pets are z. T. allowed on request.   An additional recreational offer is offered by the on-site spa. The cozy family sauna for 4 people and the spacious Jacuzzi promise pleasant hours in a private atmosphere, especially in the cold season. The spa area can be used individually by appointment.

Gute Lage und schöne Wohnung

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund unterwegs. Die Wohnung war für unseren Zweck klasse und die Lage ist nah zum Strand. Für mehr als zwei oder 3 Personen würde ich sie allerdings nicht empfehlen, dann wird es einfach zu eng. Sehr gefallen hat uns der Balkon, wir haben ihn gern in oft genutzt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ok. Wir haben große Kaffebecher und kleine Schälchen vermisst. Auch Biergläser waren nicht so viele da. Aber wir haben uns durch den Rest helfen können. Bezüglich Hund: Leider bedeutet auf Usedom „Handstand“ das Hunde angeleint an den Strand dürfen. Die Abschnitte selber sind sehr kurz.

Super Lage, Ausstattung noch verbesserungswürdig

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Lage ist gerade mit kleinen Kindern absolut perfekt. Zu Fuß ist man selbst mit Kleinkind in fünf Minuten am Sandstrand, kann zu Fuß zum Bäcker, Apotheke oder Rewe einkaufen gehen. Man ist in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß im kleinsten Zoo Deutschlands oder an der Seebrücke und es gibt auch einen Spielplatz in der Nähe. Auch zum Bahnhof ist es nicht weit. Für eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern ist die Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und je einem Doppelbett bestens ausgerüstet. Das eine Doppelbett steht an der Wand, so dass auch kleine Kinder nicht aus dem Bett fallen. Verbesserungswürdig ist allerdings, dass es nur einen Schlüssel für die Wohnung gibt und einen für den Parkplatz. Mit zwei Erwachsenen führt das schon mal zu logistischen Schwierigkeiten und je ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre optimal. Zumal man zwar unten klingeln kann, aber der Summer nicht funktioniert und die Haustür von der Wohnung aus nicht geöffnet werden kann. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich für vier Erwachsene ausgelegt, wo die allerdings einen gemütlichen Abend verbringen sollen, ist unklar. Das winzige Zweiersofa und ein kleiner Hocker sind schon für zwei Erwachsene ziemlich knapp. Ein weiterer Sessel würde nicht schaden. In der Küche fehlt im Backofen leider ein Backblech, es gibt nur ein Gitter. Für Brötchen ausreichend, aber mehr ist eher schwierig. Auch beim Geschirr ist durchaus noch Luft nach oben, um nicht den Spüler nach jeder Mahlzeit anstellen zu müssen.

Schöner Urlaub!

Die beschwerden über die Sauberkeit des Objekts können wir überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen! Es war sauber und die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der wohnungs Wasserkocher ist kaputt gegangen und wurde uns am selben Tag sofort ersetzt. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Sauberkeit ließ zu Wünschen übrig

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Wir mussten die Speisereste des Vormieters förmlich von der Tischplatte abkratzen. Das Geschirr stand schmutzig im Schrank, vermutlich weil der Geschirrspüler nicht richtig funktioniert. Am untern Waschkorb fehlten die Rollen... Der Toilettendeckel war einfach nur eklig. Hier könnte mal ein Neuer hin. Die Türen der Duschkabinen hängen auch nur noch am seidenen Faden. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr hellhörog. Ich möchte eigentlich nicht hören, was mein Nachbar gerade redet oder macht.

Wohnung lieblos, nur begrenzt sauber, kein W-Lan,

1. Es fehlte die Grundausstattung, wie Toilettenpapier, Müllbeutel, Spülmittel, W-Lan 2. Parkplatz nur für ein kleines Stadtauto geeignet 3. Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft problematisch; das angegebene Büro war nicht besetzt; der Zugang zum Büro vollgestellt mit Fahrrädern, nach telefonischem Kontakt mit der Agentur, reagierte der Mitarbeiter sehr genervt und unfreundlich; Schade!
