"Upon arrival, I was greeted by a lovely staff member and the check-in process did not take long. (Have cash handy to pay for a governmental tax). The view is breathtaking but I wish the room condition was better. By “not clean enough”, I don’t mean that there were obvious piles of trash. No no, it’s just that some areas could use more attention for better hygiene and health safety. The sink needed some deep cleaning because you could see a bunch of white residues all over the faucet. "I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking.
The host Greg was fantastic.
He was friendly and extremely helpful.
I couldn’t have asked for a better host.
He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed.
WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime.
Shower was great.
Kitchen had everything to make a nice meal.
Really great place.
Great value for money too.

"Very nice staff. Limited contact. Apts were too close for a peaceful night. Units are very outdated and basic. Air conditioning is excellent though.
Best part was proximity to best beaches. Uber extremely reliable.
I am a solo female senior traveler.
Will go back to the island and choose a bigger property.
"Pool" is really a hot tub. Just saying."

"The privacy & seclusion of this guest house & pool is amazing! Its a perfect little spot with all the amenities you need and more! Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! Would highly recomment checking this place out ..I know I will again."

"The villa is quite large -3 bedrooms patio with pool living room dining room kitchen
Nice “Roman” design
Everything is new and fully equipped with gas bbq stove oven ets. Astonishing vie to the ocean. 5min walk to the beach (steep although) very nice owner and cleaning stuff "
