"Unfortunately I woke up with a bite on my arm and decided to check out early. Had a booking for 2 nights. When I went to check out and told the front desk that I wanted to check out early because I received a bite and when I checked the beds it appeared to have bed bug powder along the edges of the mattress, they just said ok I will left the deposit hold on your credit card.
No empathy, offered to be switched rooms or compensation.

"The room was very clean and had a nice view of part of the falls. I especially loved the jet tub overlooking the falls, it was a great way to relax. The location is excellent, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shops. The only minor downside was that it took a while for the room to reach a cooler temperature after we arrived. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay."

"Pool 9am to 9pm not useful at all and a shame that a beautiful thay size remains empty in the morning or night when people could train and get good active livinf done. Pool window opened to all who come in front desk as no privacy and this would have been of a immense concern for people outside pool area taking pictures. And just looking: very intimidating.
No snack bar, no convenience store, no restaurant opened passed 8pm! Make sure you bring them with you. Breakfast included but not served...

"The issue here wasn’t just the room, it was how the hotel handled it. Their engineering team came up to inspect a problem with my room and couldn’t resolve it, so I requested a refund and left within an hour without staying the night.
When my booking platform contacted the hotel about the refund, they claimed I never complained and that there was no issue at all. That simply isn’t true. Their own staff were in my room responding to the exact problem they later denied existed.

I opted at booking to pay at the hotel, when I called to verify everything was all set for me to pay at the hotel I was told that was not an option and the funds would be taken the day before arrival. I got to the hotel and was told I needed to pay.
Then there was the sheets, blankets, and towels with stains on them. Bathroom was deteriorating, and no local info on things to do or places to eat. Staff was not very pleasant, soft...

"Our first time visiting Old Stone Inn and it definitely won’t be our last. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations we even got to check in early, which was such a nice touch.
Dinner at the Flour Mill was incredible, the Library Bar had the perfect cozy vibe, and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable.
This place will forever hold a special place in our hearts we got engaged in the speakeasy! An unforgettable experience from start to finish."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Super 8 by Wyndham. I wanted to be a short walk from Clifton Hill and the Falls but also wanted a pool and breakfast included and it was available for just $200 plus parking and tax. Breakfast had a good selection including waffles, boiled eggs, toast, yogurt and fruit. The pool water was clean and warm. The room was large and the bed was really comfy. The stay would have been perfect if there was a mirror on the wall over the desk with an outlet or extension cord....
