The Mulberry Cottage

Escape to the peace and quiet of the countryside in this cosy 1-bedroom annex, nestled in a small village just outside of Henley-on-Thames. Only one hour from Central London and located in the heart of the Chilterns. This is an ideal location for country walks or cycling enthusiasts. Horse riding is also available at the Checkendon Equestrian Centre.

The annex is self-contained featuring a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. Driveway parking is included and one small well behaved dog is very welcome to join you. Please note dogs cannot be left unattended at the property.

Please note that there is only a small terraced seating area available however, if you are bringing a dog you are welcome to use the paddock

Located just a 10-minute drive from the centre of Henley, you`ll have easy access to its charming shops, riverside cafes, and restaurants – while enjoying the serenity of village life. The annex is a short walk to Nettlebed where there is the White Hart country pub with good food and drink and also the Cheese Shed located at the Nettlebed Creamery where there are lovely snacks and their famous cheese toasties.

- Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am
- No smoking inside the property
- No unauthorised visitors to the property
- Only the guests listed on the booking form are allowed inside the property
- No pets on the furniture
- All names of the guests over the age of 18 staying must be provided upon booking
- No candles please as this is against the regulations for holiday lets
- Please note wood is not provided for the log burner
- The television is a Smart TV with access to streaming apps only.
