Welcome to your peaceful mountain retreat—just a 1/2 mile walk or bike ride to downtown Hendersonville and steps from the scenic Ecusta Trail! This beautifully designed, fully equipped 500 sq ft studio apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and character. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, working remotely, or exploring Western North Carolina, this space has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Inside, you'll find a bright and inviting open-concept layout with a plush king-sized Sealy pillow-top mattress, a queen sleeper sofa, and a cozy living area with a 55” smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The dining area is full of natural light and makes a lovely space for meals or catching up on a good book. A separate kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home. High-speed internet and a calm atmosphere make it easy to relax or get a little work done during your stay.

Step outside through the French doors to your private deck, shaded by towering red oaks and facing a quiet side lane. It’s a wonderful spot for morning coffee or evening wine. You'll have your own entrance and two off-street parking spaces. The apartment is part of a duplex, but the shared wall is soundproofed for added privacy and quiet.

The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, yet just a block away you'll find a breakfast and lunch café (HenDough), a coffee shop, ice cream, a taco stand, a brewery, a day spa, and a local art gallery. A short, pleasant walk brings you to the heart of downtown Hendersonville, home to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, boutique shopping, and seasonal events.

If you're looking to explore beyond town, you're just 30 minutes from Asheville, Brevard, Chimney Rock, and Tryon—each with its own distinct personality. Dupont State Forest and Saluda are only 20 minutes away, offering stunning waterfalls, hiking trails, and natural beauty. From relaxing on the deck to setting off on outdoor adventures, this studio is the perfect home base.

We had a great stay in this cozy 1-bedroom apartment. Very clean and a great location. Owner/manager was very attentive, with great communication. We ate out for most of our meals, so the small kitchen was not an issue. We would definitely recommend this apartment, especially if you are looking for a king sized bed. Wi-Fi was easy to access, parking was convenient and there are very few steps to enter the apartment. Great place at a great price!

Great cottage right in the heart of downtown

I stayed with Anna for 4 days while on a work trip and I was so pleased! The cottage was exactly as described and the cute finishing touches on everything made the place even more special. Whenever I had a question she was very quick to respond. The cottage was walking distance to great breweries and restaurants. I will definitely be back since her cottage is only 5 miles from the property that I was visiting for work!

This is a nice little property and was a great value for our weekend in Hendersonville. The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings were comfortable for lounging. And the apartment felt quite private even though it was attached to an occupied house. Thank you for a great stay!

Loved this property. Perfect size and so clean and nicely decorated. Bed was so comfortable and location is perfect! This was an oasis for me during Hurricane Helene aftermath! A must stay for a party of 1-2 that would be in the area!
