Cabin On The Lake

Very clean well kept cabin on the water with Free WiFi, smart tv and BBQ Pit to list a few amenities. There is a boat launch less than a 1/4 mile from the property. There is a water park right down the road called Lost Frontier. They have a private pool, water slides, and sports bar & grill.

Pet House Rules: Pet deposit will be refunded after house has been inspected if no damages are found. Pets must be cleaned up after, including picking up after they potty in the yard & must be kenneled if left alone. DO NOT use the extra linens as pet beds. Pets are NOT allowed on beds or linens.

Additional House Rules: Wash used dishes. Strip used beds & leave linens on the bed NOT the floor. If used clean the fish station, don't leave fish in the trash or around the cabin.

The property was beautiful and the neighbors were friendly. It is a great place to stay for the week. It was so nice to be able to roll out of bed and go sit with your cup of coffee and enjoy the pier. 10/10 we are definitely staying here again.

First Time at Toledo Bend

The cabin was very clean and was in a good central location. We enjoyed the quiet and the view of the lake. However, the listing needs to be updated. There was not a washer or dryer and there wasn't a hairdryer. Although there was a Keurig to make an individual cup of coffee, the coffee maker did not have a carafe. It would have been nice to have a few coffee pods.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was no kayak and the "pool" is at an rv park down the road for which you have to pay to swim in. The house was clean and there were plenty of linens. Property manager was friendly and communicative.

Excellent Lake House

We enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The cabin was well appointed and everything was exactly as described by the listing. The host was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. Would definitely book it again in the future.

Peaceful

The house was so charming had everything we needed for our stay. Back porch looking out on lake was so.peaceful. Grandkids enjoyed the paddle boat,kayaks and 2 water parks close by. Was really a wonderday mini vacay for the family. Will definitely be back.

cabin on the lake

Very nice home & view of cove/lake. Sitting on the back porch looking out over the water was so nice & the bird watching amazing too, we saw several blue birds along with many other species. Communication with the host was really good as we were there when a hurricane hit the coast of TX so we had to leave early to head home to check on damage. We will definitely be back.

This is a great place

We have stayed at this property 3 times and it won’t be our last. If you aren’t sure about staying here to it. The paddle boat and kayaks are such a nice touch to add to the fun.

Enjoyed a weekend off grid in this super clean house. I won't call it a cabin cuz its too nice. Ate at Hemphill BBQ very recommended as well as Gilligan's across the bridge in LA. The dock, the porch. All as presented on listing.

Second time to stay here

We absolutely adore this peaceful cabin. It is impossible not to relax here. Gorgeous views, clean and well stocked kitchen, great communication with property manager. We will always stay here when we visit Toledo Bend!

Amazing Place

We absolutely loved this cabin. Super clean, fully stocked, very comfortable and very quiet area. The view was fabulous. I was able to catch bass right off of the dock. Neighbors are very nice. Lots of different birds to see right in the backyard. We used the paddle boat. It was great to cruise around the cove. 5 stars for sure. 💛

The house was a very welcoming place.

There are two large windows overlooking the water. Quiet and calm were the feelings we experienced there. The furniture and decor were very inviting and let you feel at home. The owner went out of their way to help it be a great experience even picking up flowers at the local florist for us and placing them around the house. We felt well cared for.

Very nice place to stay, it was very clean and had lots of room, would definitely stay there again.
