"I have stayed at this property countless times but this stay was different. They have a very poorly designed shelf hanger rack built into the tv stand. The top of it sticks out about 3 feet at around a height of 5’6”. I bent down to pick up a pair of shorts of the table underneath and when I stood up I sliced my head open on a very sharp corner. "The staff was very helpful. They were able to place us in a room that according to the hotel front desk person has never had an animal in that room. My husband has bad allergies to animals. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good and organized. The employee at breakfast took care to assist people and keep all the food containers full and clean. We did not use the pool/hot tub but the pool looked very nice. Thank you."

Pros: Room was clean, liked the addition of the small kitchenette area, liked the motel entrance rather than being up several floors in a hotel and fridge and freezer were larger than normal. Cons: beds were terribly uncomfortable, couldn't get air conditioning to work, crank window broken and not usable, only 1 pkg of coffee, kleenex box with perhaps 3 tissues in it, no vending, ATM or ice machine on site. ...

It definitely was not heated. The hot tub was fine but due to medical reasons I could not go in. So I was really disappointed that the pool was unusable.
