This was a nice property that met our needs. The kitchen was well equipped and we had bedrooms for all of us. The hot tub was a nice feature and the great room was comfortable.

The stay and overall Helen experience was awesome! Only down side was the serious lack of water pressure in the bathrooms throughout the cabin. The girls filled cups with water and dumped it on their heads so they would have enough water pressure to get the shampoo out of their hair. Besides that, the cabin was very nice.

Memorial Day last minute get aesy

We had an amazing time in town, on the golf course. In the hot tub and at the fire pit. The house is amazing and spacious and the resort is gorgeous. Golfing and the fire pit area are a must. Thank you so much for a great time and life long memories.

Nice house

We were in Helen and the location was perfect. The size of the house was perfect. The house was missing an iron, an ironing board, and a tea kettle. The house was a little dated but it was all good. Beautiful location on the golf course.

Amazing House

This house did not disappoint. Great accomodations, views, created the foundation for an amazing trip with the people we care about most. The kitchen was wonderful...knifes could have been sharper and needed more plastic cups. Just a great experience!!

Fabulous Birthday Getaway

We were able to surprise my husband for a birthday celebration with 8 of our friends! The lodge offered amenities for everyone and definitely met our needs! In addition, it was wonderful, to be so close to town. We will definitely use this lodge for future getaways.

Amazing family home.

My family flew in from Florida and had an amazing Christmas at this house. The cozy environment had plenty of room for everyone and the views were breathtaking. The home was clean and already decorated for Christmas...tree and all. Wonderful!

75th Birthday Celebration

Overall we enjoyed the property. Enjoyed the deck and saw deer, a fox and a bear. However, shower access could be improved and you might include a warning about the amount of stairs outside and inside. Also there were no instructions for how to leave the property so we were guided by our previous rental experience.

Beautiful home

We had a great time the kids were a little upset about no wifi we tried to get it fixed but wasnt able to and the only other issue we had was a contracting came in at 9pm talking to us about redoing the floors and taking the door off which i found it a little odd to he that late and trying to talk to us about it cause we were like we are just renting the cabin we dont own it

Great property for multiple families with children! Super short drive into downtown Helen. We enjoyed the gazebo and fire pit outback and kids likes playing along the stream.

Great Location

Location and home were great. The property Management was was poor. We had two families staying. The first family arrived and the gate guard did not have our info so didn't want to let in. He finally did with a one day pass. I called the Property Manager and she was not friendly and really didn't want to help. (Jennifer was her name) She said she would give me the guard's number to call. How will that help since she needs to authorize us to enter? When I asked that question she hung up on me. I called back and asked that she call and make sure everything is in order so when our vehicle arrives within the hour we won't have an issue after a 10 hour drive. She said yes and hung up on me again. Very unprofessional and selfish. The house and area were great. We have stayed in this community before and will continue. The property management team just needs to get their act together.
