We offer a beautiful, comfortable 3 room apartment with a large balcony and a magnificent view of the Neckar, Stift Neuburg and our large garden. We offer 2 separate bedrooms, 1 boxspring king bed 180 cm, 1 sofa bed 160 cm and in addition 1 sofa bed with 140 cm, a travel cot is also available, bed linen and towels are provided.
The living room has a spacious dining area with views of the Neckar valley. The kitchen is fully equipped. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
Shared use of the large park-like garden with barbecue and fire basket.
The apartment is located about 70 m above the river Neckar surrounded by green in the forest location.

The Heidelberg Castle with its castle garden and pharmacist's museum are about a 20-minute walk away. Similarly, the Heidelberg mountain railway to the old town or the king chair. The old town of Heidelberg is known for its old university with a historical auditorium and the historic Karzer. Also the Kurpfälzische museum is worth a visit. Stroll in the long pedestrian zone and stay in one of the many small street cafes.
Explore historical paths Heidelberg via the old bridge to the Philosopher's Path. Discover the Michael Basilica, Thingstätte, the Bismarkturm and much more. Even a trip with the white fleet on the Neckar to the 4 castle town of Neckarsteinach is a worthwhile destination.

Diverse sports facilities are offered in Heidelberg and the surrounding area.
Directly from the house a hike to the Königstuhl
Mountain biking, paragliding, canoeing, tennis, ect.

First choice on a return to Heidelberg

Hosts friendly and helpful. Extra effort with the 2 teenage boys. Rooms spacious and and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient parking. View of Neckar from deck was post card quality. Definitely "top shelf".

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben die Zeit hier einfach sehr genossen ! Die wunderschöne Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben uns hier sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick vom Balkon ist ein absolutes Highlight . Der Garten ein Paradies. Das Heidelberger Schloss erreicht man zu Fuß von hier aus in ca 25 Minuten und von dort aus ist man dann schnell in der hübschen Altstadt. Die Gastgeber sind einfach zauberhaft und herzlich und machen diesen Ort ganz besonders ! Vielen Dank , dass wir bei Euch sein durften - wir können es nur weiter empfehlen !!!

Perfekte Tage

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage bei wunderbaren Gastgebern verbracht. Es hat uns in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt. Sie ist sehr durchdacht und ästhetisch eingerichtet. Der grandiose Balkon und die Sauberkeit sind ein weiteres Plus dieser tollen Wohnung. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter für Ihre Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen wieder.

Heidelberg Property

The location was excellent with views that were incredible. The property was very clean and exceeded all expectations. The hostess was very welcoming and very helpful with information and tips for the area. The decor was very tasteful, but not suitable for 2-3 year old guests. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Friendliest hosts and stunning views

This was the perfect setting for those who want to take in genuine small town german beauty. The hosts were very welcoming, kind, and helpful. We were greeted as we arrived with smiles and delicious, refreshing drinks. The place was spacious and clean with a stunning balcony with beautiful views of the monestary. We weren't far from the bus stop and enjoyed dipping our feet in the pool after long daily hikes. I recommend this location and look forward to coming back again in the future.

Beautiful peaceful retreat

My husband and I had a lovely relaxing stay. The balcony is a beautiful spot to enjoy an evening overlooking the river. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The apartment is up a fairly steep hill so if you have mobility issues you may need to consider that.

Beautiful unit near Heidelberg

Nicole’s 2d floor unit is spacious and clean. It included all the necessary kitchen utensils and had a generous supply of towels. The area is safe and quiet. There is an awesome patio view on the Neckar River below and the wooded hills on the opposite bank. The unit is accurately described and photographed in the listing. A shared washer and dryer are available. We had a space next to the unit to park our car. Heidelberg is close so everything is easily accessible by car. Nicole was friendly, extremely responsive, and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our 9-night stay.

Eine tolle Woche

Wir haben zu fünft eine Woche in der Wohnung gewohnt. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und der Balkon ist wunderbar mit der schönen Aussicht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Ihre Gastfreundschaft fanden wir ganz außergewöhnlich toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Ganz herzlichen Dank!

Wunderschöner Mädelstrip nach Heidelberg

Wir waren fünf Mädels und haben vier Nächte in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super schön, sehr gut mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet und die Terrasse ein Traum. Check in war sehr unkompliziert und die Vermieter super freundlich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Great visit with friends in Heidelberg

The apartment was exactly as shown in the advertisement and more. It's a wonderful spot for a family to stay in Heidelberg: plenty of room, wonderful views, and outside space with a play set for the kids! From the flat, getting to Heidelberg via public transport is simple. Also, you can just walk up the street for a walk in the forest or a walk to Schloss Heidelberg! Nicole and Dusko are very thoughtful and welcoming hosts. We had a great time visiting friends and exploring a bit of Heidelberg.

Top Vermieter mit Top Objekt

Zunächst muss man sagen, dass die Vermieter sich schon im Vorfeld um uns kümmerten. Sie riefen an und klärten die Übergabe…. Wir hätten es schon fast vergessen🙈 Unser Aufenthalt war himmlisch. Eine Villa in Bestlage. Ruhig und mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Die Räumlichkeiten sind hell und zu unserer Verwunderung nicht hellhörig… was man von der einen oder anderen Villa nicht sagen kann. Die Wohnung Top…. Der Kaffeevollautomat genau richtig in so einer Ferienwohnung! Alles sauber, modernisiert ohne mit dem Villa-Flair zu brechen…. Wundervoller Garten, auch für Koddies geeignet! Und das Beste…. Die beiden Vermieter, Nicole und Dusko….. zwei Seelen von Menschen. Haben sich herzlichst um uns gekümmert und uns schon einen sehr warmherzigen Empfang bereitet. 🥰 Weiter so…. Das Domizil lässt keine Wünsche offen👍

Casa stupenda in zona comoda e bellissima!

Esperienza tutta positiva. La casa è in una zona molto verde vicina al centro di Heidelberg. La vista dal grande terrazzo è tutta mozzafiato sul fiume e città e su delle colline verdi. La casa è ancora più bella che sulle foto. Tutta luminosa, letti comodissimi, spaziosissima e arredata con gusto. Dalla macchina del caffè agli utensili c'e tutto. I proprietari gentilissimi sono sempre disponibili e la Luna dolcissima. Torneremo ...
