"This hotel is so great that we’ve stayed a few times. Rooms newly renovated and extremely clean. Exceptional customer service. The online check-in option is really fast and easy (but not mandatory). Real resort feel and great restaurant."

"Altough walkable to downtown Penticton's Main St, driving acces somewhat trickier because of the Kettle River preventing direct access by car. No problem once you figured how.
