"The lords seat was a lovely place to stay, very comfortable and clean. Great location with amazing views. Nice to have the extras like the dvds and games. The only disappointing thing was the water going off (ironic in the lake district) but obviously not your fault. The only thing that would have helped is instructions on a couple of things. "Lovely cottage and location . We ended up staying an extra night as no one was booked in . Only minor fault was stuff in the welcome pack and cupboards was out well of date so we never got to use the coffee machine . Certainly didn’t spoil our holiday ."

"The house is kept beautifully clean. Views from it are mind blowingly fabulous. Needs more hanging space in the bathroom and unfortunately there was a smashed window covered in cardboard in the front hall that I was not informed about. Other than that, just a beautiful home from home and an incredible team at Keswick Cottages!! If you’re thinking about booking with them…just book…right now!!"

"Warm, clean, well equipped, lovely Christmas decorations, great location, sufficient parking, secure bike store (once the key was delivered), plenty of room for people and their gear - and bonus points for supplying a tea pot (x2).
