Beach View House has unspoilt and incredible views across the beach and bay towards St Ives, West Cornwall Golf Course and Carbis Bay. For a beach holiday in Cornwall then Beach View House is the perfect setting for self catering accommodation in Cornwall.
The sea views are amazing and we have families that come to Beach View House - which they class as their second home - every year without fail, sometimes even twice a year.
Beach View House has free reserved parking for two vehicles to the rear of the property.
There is an enclosed front garden with stunning sea views over St Ives Bay to St Ives itself and access to the coast path leading to the renowned three miles of golden sandy beach of Hayle. Beach View House also has a decked terrace with furniture to sit and take in the stunning beach views and sea views.
In season there is a grocery shop located just 100 yards away for any essentials and there is a pub located 200 yards away called The Bluff, it has sea views from the beer garden.

Beach View House has a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with fantastic views overlooking the sea.
The magnificent views from this property cannot be stressed enough.

The lounge is fully equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player and HiFi. For your comfort, there is a 3 seater settee and 2 seater settee.
There are two patio doors which lead to a decked terrace with furniture and a separate front garden with garden chairs - plenty of places to sit and enjoy the stunning views.
A gate leads from the garden on to the coast path which takes you to the beach.
Dining Area
The dining area is equipped with a table and four chairs.
Kitchen
The kitchen area is fully equipped with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a separate laundry area.
Bathroom
The ground floor bathroom comprises WC, basin and shower.
Master Bedroom
This is a double bedroom with sea views, it has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and a flat screen TV with Freeview. There is a small cloakroom in this bedroom containing a WC and basin.
The balcony off the bedroom allows you to take in those amazing sea and beach views and stunning sea sets over the bay to St Ives - Beach View House is south facing.
Bedroom 2
This is a twin bedded room with two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. The room also enjoys a flat screen TV with Freeview.
Outside
Beach View House has a decked terrace with furniture to sit and take in the views. The enclosed lawned garden with garden seating further enhances the enjoyment.
There is free reserved parking for two cars.
