"I enjoyed my stay! Nina was very accommodating and super helpful as it was the first time my friend and I stayed at an extended stay-type hotel. The service was very friendly from all the staff and I really appreciated how the entire place (room, grounds, office) was maintained well! "I stayed at other Towneplace Suites and this Otis definitely showing its age. Breakfast was ok in a small area with uncomfortable seating. I like the kitchen area in these places. Hot water for shower was hit or miss. Overpriced for what it offers..for what I paid for a long wedding weekend. "

"Really enjoyed the free breakfast buffet and evening happy hour. Lots of dining options available nearby. Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is about parking. The parking structure gets full over the weekends plus there is an extra charge that's not exactly cheap. If you end up getting back to the hotel late enough you will be forced to park on the top floor of the structure and the elevator is located on the opposite side of...

"The hotel is in a good location. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is kept clean. And the hotel also looks like it has been updated, both in terms of repairs and furniture. The breakfast selection is good and is included in the price of the hotel. The hotel staff at the front desk are nice and attentive. I recommend this hotel, especially since the price per night is affordable."
