"The hotel overall is very clean. Any staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. We stay there on our way from NY to SC every year and will be staying again on our return trip."

We were initially assigned a room on the 3rd floor, but a group of young men were loitering in the corridor, whispering comments like "a family is here" when they saw us — which felt uncomfortable and unsafe. "This was a long term place. It was comfortable, clean and well kept. The staffing was more like a landlord so not always accessible and they put the luggage carts up at night which was not convenient for us. "

The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. "

"The property do not have gurage but they charge 15$ /day for parking whee none monitor in and out and plenty of open parking available in premisis. They did not clean the room after first day. The bath towels were wet to use for second day. They did not give a water also in room to use coffee maker. They did not even refill the decaf pouch for second day. . The key was not working on my rentun on second day in the night for no reason. Kids were sleeping I made them wait near the door for 5...

"Breakfast was free and tasty. Staff was friendly. There is parking for 10.00 a day but it is limited. Nice room. Had a pool and gym but did not use either. The hotel is close to Franconia station to hop on the Metro. Very convenient."

"I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."
