"Check in was easy. Received a text with all my needed information. The room was cold at first. The radiator was set to low. Took a few hours to warm up but we left the motel while that was happening. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable."

"The room was basic but clean. The pool was cloudy…like milk so we didn’t swim which was disappointing. It looked like it had just been shocked. The front desk didn’t have a corkscrew and staff blamed it on a previous guest saying they didn’t return it. That’s not hospitality! The in room coffee was undrinkable (Mother Parker’s)). The free breakfast was ok…nothing special…cold boiled egg, cereal,etc but I was happy that they had gluten free bread. The breakfast staff woman was friendly and hard...

"Everything about my stay was excellent, from front staff to cleaning staff. Your cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. However, because we were older ladies, we were unable to negotiate the many stairs to our originally appointed rooms. The front staff immediately went into action and made up 2 recently Vacated rooms for us. The cleaner was such a pleasant and obliging lady. Took it all in stride, happily! I would strongly suggest a ramp to accommodate guests! Sandra Norval"

"I had a very good and quiet sleep with lots of nice pillows and a very clean bed, as well as a clean room and towels. Checking in was easy with messages arriving in a timely way for how to use the pin to unlock the door. The lamps in the room had outlets to plug in my phone charger and I loved the retro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and the towels smelled clean and fresh. The only thing I would’ve appreciated is a blow dryer in the bathroom as the one I brought stopped working....

"Staff were very friendly and attentive. Especially with some of the seniors who were having difficulty with breakfast. The breakfast was very well thought out with non dairy options and dairy options (a rarity for this type of breakfast setup). Rooms were new and modern."
