Originally designed in 1892 by renowned Dunedin architect Francis Petre, whose work is celebrated in Catholic churches from the late 1800s, this deconsecrated church was thoughtfully converted into a cosy one-bedroom home in the 1980s.

Ground Level:

Inside, you’ll find timeless charm at every turn, with beautiful wooden floors, doors, storage, and seating adding warmth and texture. The fully equipped kitchen, adorned with stunning stained-glass windows, radiates character, while the fireplace invites you to unwind on cosy evenings.
