Situated in Broad Haven, Pembrokeshire this three-storey home is conveniently located for the perfect family holiday within a short distance to the beach. Broad Haven boasts a beautiful sandy beach, which is a major draw for tourists and locals alike. The beach is ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying various water sports such as surfing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path, a famous long-distance trail, runs along the coastline. This path offers breathtaking views of the sea and the cliffs and is perfect for walkers and hikers seeking an outdoor adventure. There are several local amenities, including cafes, restaurants, pubs, and shops, making it a convenient and pleasant place to stay. The village is in close proximity to other notable attractions in Pembrokeshire, such as the city of St. Davids (15 miles) with its cathedral, the picturesque village of Solva, and the stunning Marloes Sands.
The house has been tastefully decorated throughout and provides a lovely home for families or couples. On the ground floor you will find the twin bedroom and also the bunk bedroom. These bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Up to the first floor where you will find the open-plan living area with soft seating, a TV and patio doors taking you out onto the balcony. Relax with a cool drink in the evening and take it the views over the garden. The well-equipped kitchen with dining table is where you can rustle up a lovely meal after a full day out or open up a board game to pass the time. Upstairs to the third floor is the master suite - a double bedroom, with lovely natural light from roof windows. This room also benefits from its own en-suite shower room.
Outside is an enclosed garden with patio and seating areas, accessed through the twin bedroom. This is the perfect space to relax and unwind after a day the beach and enjoy dining alfresco as a family.
