"This hotel is a very easy 5 minute walk from the train station. I think we were the only Americans staying there which is always a bonus in my mind. It was a national holiday when we stayed so there were lots of Germans staying there. It would have been nice to have a room overlooking the river instead of the parking lot and road which could be a bit noisy. The room was very simple but adequate. "While the property is lovely with good facilities in warm weather the room was uncomfortably hot , no aircon which is not uncommon in Germany but not even a simple ceiling fan or portable fan available to move the air. Made sleeping difficult and with the blockout blind down it’s not good. Also no fridge in room to keep water cold, no tea or coffee in room. Expected more comfortable stay for an expensive hotel. Clearly set up for the colder months. "

"This was an incredible little boutique hotel for our first night of our honeymoon. The service was exceptional the rooms were large and spacious and the bed incredibly comfy. I wouldn’t change a thing."

"Die Kulisse rund um dieses Hotel ist wirklich beeindruckend. Die Zimmer war sehr schön und großzügig. Die Investition in seinen Soft-Close Toilettendeckel fände ich nicht verkehrt. Ansonsten ein Zimmerservice der wirklich auf zack ist. 2x täglich Handtücher gewechselt, wenn man will. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, bei höherer Besucherzahl, können Omlets und Pan Cakes schon mal dauern, so dass man fast nicht mehr mit der Ankunft rechnet. Kinder müssen leider 18:00 Uhr die Pools...

"The property was in a quiet residential area yet so close to the old town via bus just 100 metres down the road or 15-20 minute walk on a beautiful walking path. Eva was a wonderful host who showed us through our apartment on check in and gave us some valuable tips. We also utilised the upstairs laundry for a small fee which was most appreciated after a couple of weeks living out of our suitcases. Would highly recommend this place"

"Awesome property in beautiful location. Incredible breakfast buffet in a great setting. Very clean and comfortable room and common areas. Perfect central location for trips to Salzburg, Eagle’s Nest and Hohenwerfen. A 10 minute drive into the town, where there is great selection of restaurants. "Simon and Daniela are amazing. This place is a paradise with amazing views of the mountains, the castle and wildlife. They take the time and pride in providing an excellent guest experience. "Ich war Mitte Mai 2025 für 1 Übernachtung in der ROSENVILLA. Das Anmeldeprocedere mit dem jungen Herrn war ein wenig unbeholfen holprig, aber alles Andere dann sehr schön. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, alles sehr sauber, die große Matraze super angenehm und das Umfeld draußen sehr ruhig. Ich konnte entspannt mit geöffneter Balkontür schlafen. "Everything was more than perfect. The host made us feel at home. All is very adaptable for people with reduced mobility. The showers especially were very well adapted for seniors. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spotless. If we needed anything more the host was always able to provide. Walking distance to pharmacy, grocery store, etc. I highly recommend this stay."
