Female at check in was negative. On the afternoon of the 2nd day I requested that the room be cleaned. She was very short stating housekeeping had already left & said there was a note on the bathroom mirror stating they only clean every 3rd day. I looked on the mirror & there was no such note.
We were in a handicapped unit. The facilities were nice, but the seat in the shower was loose from the wall & missing some rubber feet on the legs that touch the tub.
The coffee maker did not work, but maintenance did bring a new Keurig & made sure it worked. He was very helpful and pleasant.
The TV did not work the whole time we were there -3 days. We were told lightning had struck the box - but I feel like there was more to it. It doesn’t take 3 days to get repairs done. Some of the rooms did have service.
Breakfast was very good.
