  • Guest are jumping over to beautiful oceanfront Mullet Over! Mullet Over is very close to the elevator and has a small entry loveseat on the north side deck that offers views of the Pamlico Sound and National Park. The queen bedroom has beautiful wood laminate flooring, a TV and DVD player, and a semi-private full bath with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen has tile flooring, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar, and ample countertops. The combination living area has resort furniture, tile flooring, an LCD TV and Blu-ray player, and deck access. A great furnished sundeck overlooks the island's best beach, pool, and hot tub. The family dog will love being taken for walks on the beach, just steps away!

    At ground level, you will find a large fish-cleaning station, grills, and picnic tables. Elevator service is available to all levels. Just grab a luggage cart from the first-floor coin-operated laundry facility and roll your luggage to your condo door. Additional community amenities include high-speed internet and free WiFi, a community pool (available May to Labor Day), a hot tub (available from April to November), and an outdoor shower. The Durant Station Community Center is topped by the historic tower from the original Durant Lifesaving Station. This is the ideal location for corporate meetings, wedding parties, or for enjoying the space with family and friends. This area boasts a first-floor sitting room with a large flatscreen TV, an electric fireplace (available November to March), and an upper-level game room with a pool table and a complete kitchen.

    You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
    This home has access to a community pool, the community pools in our area are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community pools are operated at the discretion of the community HOA so the availability schedule may be subject to change without notice.
    There is an elevator in building.
    A car is necessary to reach this condo.

Check-in was super simple, and the place was clean. The host gave us many towels for our stay, which was super nice as someone who showers more frequently when at the beach. Lots of pots, pans, utensils, and other dishware were available to use. However, the lack of basic seasoning like salt or pepper was unexpected, but it was not a huge issue for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and the multiple amenities that came with the property, and we would definitely consider staying here again!

This is the perfect place to stay for a couple. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and it was perfect while visiting my family that lives here in OBX. I love the ocean front and I love that there’s a pool as well!

We stayed before using the pool season. But it was beautiful to look at. The walkway to the beach is terrific especially being able to have a sitting area/crows' nest so near the ocean & beach. That works well for all including mobility challenged people. Good communication with testing or available to call in off hours. The property manager team was great. Clean condo. Elevator & pet friendly a plus. We will return. Thanks.

This is our new favorite spot in OBX

We haven’t stayed this far south in OBX but it was well worth the drive. The condo was clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and just steps away from the beach. We would love to stay here again!

Great rental - was just as expected - inside was well furnished with kitchen utensils etc wife was happy with cleanliness and general maintenance was great as well. Pool very clean property overall quite clean we will return for sure
