This unique property, fully renovated and designed by our design subsidiary One Home Collection, is one of the most sought-after properties in the region. Its large, unfenced lawn offers unlimited space for running and playing. *ATTENTION* For stays of 11 or 12 people, you must also book the Loft. The House can accommodate 10 people and the Loft 2 people.

Guest access The whole property as well as its land and pool. No access to the Loft which is above the garage and no access to the garage.
Interaction with guests We are available at all times to answer your questions from 8 AM to 9 PM every day. Any messages or calls received outside of these hours will be responded to during the mentioned availability hours.
Other things to note 1. Additional guests: Our pricing is based on the number of people present per day. Any additional guest must pay a fee of $50 + tax/day, even if they do not stay overnight. Please inform us of their presence promptly, before their arrival. The property cannot accommodate more people than those confirmed in your reservation. We do not accept any reductions in the number of people within 7 days or less before your arrival. We can add guests, but not remove them. 2. Fireplace: Only ecological logs are permitted in the indoor wood fireplace. We provide 2 logs per stay as well as some fire starters. 3. Noise: We are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We are not in a forest, and there is a road in front of the house. Respect for the neighbourhood is our priority. At all time, we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and excessive noise both inside and outside the house, with the consequence of abruptly ending your stay without a refund. The city's noise curfew is at 9 pm. 4. No pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. 5. No smoking: Our property is non-smoking (cigarettes and vaping). 6. Pool & Summer Lounge: The pool is generally open from mid-May to late September, depending on the night temperatures. We do not guarantee the pool will be open for all stays booked in May and September. The summer lounge is not available in winter. 7. Fireworks/drones: Please do not use fireworks, firecrackers, or drones on the property. 8. Cameras/sound detector: Please note that the house is equipped with outdoor security cameras and a sound detector inside and outside to ensure the respect and tranquility of our neighbourhood. 9. Checkout: Please ensure the departure time and checkout instructions are fully respected. Additional fees apply for any incomplete tasks and a $75 fee if the departure time is not adhered to. 10. Responsibility: Please note that you are responsible for paying any additional cleaning fees if the property is not left in the same condition as upon arrival. You are also responsible for any damage or stains caused to the house, both inside and outside. 11. Photoshoot/filming/event: Please contact us to validate the feasibility of your project. We have different pricing and requirements for these types of bookings. It is strictly forbidden to take photos for commercial purposes without informing us in advance. Although our site is enchanting, we do not accept weddings or celebratory events. 12. Security deposit: A mandatory security deposit of $750 is required for all groups of 5 people and more (requested outside the Airbnb platform via pre-authorization on a credit card). It is fully refundable upon departure, provided the property is left in perfect condition. 13. RV/tent: Please note that it is not permitted to park RVs in the parking lot or on our grounds, even if no guests are sleeping in the vehicle. Tents are also not allowed on the property. 14. Stays during busy periods: For stays during the holiday season (December 20 to January 6), Quebec, Ontario, and U.S. spring break weeks, Easter, as well as summer stays (June 1 to September 30), we require a minimum of 4 people per reservation.

DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS Upon your departure, we ask that you please: - Start a first load of bath towels in the washing machine please - Put the rest of the bath towels & pool towels in front of the washing machine - Place your dirty dishes in the dishwasher and make sure to run it - Leave no dirty or clean dishes in the sink or on the counters, nor any kitchen items - Empty all trash bins in the house and put the garbage in the appropriate outdoor bins - Lock both doors and return the key to the key box
