"Lovely secluded house with excellent bed and breakfast "

"A bit of an issue with the booking and whether breakfast was included or not. Advertised as free continental breakfast for all rooms, only to be told on arrival it wasnt included. Used the Expedia agent on the app to query, with screenshots. Breakfast hamper came about 15 mins later. Other than that, all good. Would stay again."

"We loved our stay at Rose and Crown! The staff were so friendly. Our room had so much character, and was bigger than we would have expected. It was quite comfortable and surprisingly quiet (we were there midweek on a slightly rainy day). We also ate at the pub and really enjoyed our meal. We would stay again!"

"Loved staying here, such a nice vibe and such friendly staff. I felt like I was staying with family. Room was immaculate and I really liked the décor, felt so cosy. Had dinner in the pub downstairs and the food was delicious. Thank you so much Megan for being so lovely and helping me carry my heavy things in."

"Was welcomed by Akash prior to check in to help make my stay more comfortable. While walking in, was greeted well by all the staff members and check in was smooth and comfy. Staff were kind and attentive making a nice presence in the hotel. Breakfast banquet was filling and dinner was full of flavour. The Chicken Thai Green curry and duck dish was amazing. Room was spacious and clean and the views were great! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again! "

"No aircon. Very hot room. Got a fan but pretty poor for an expensive Spa resort. No late checkout for Gold member... 2 hours 20 pounds. All in all OK but a little disappointed "

"Friendly staff, very nice room with coffee machine and complementary drinks in the fridge. We had nice dinner and breakfast in the pub, was convenient for us to stay one night in the area. The only downside was the sofa bed was not so comfortable and really squeaky! But the kids slept ok and we appreciated being able to stay with our 2 kids in the room."

"Warm welcome. Rooms not overly large, but very well appointed, decent sized bathroom, all requirements for a few nights stay, comfortable beds and linen. Downstairs bar and restaurant area spacious and staffed by friendly, cheerful and helpful people. Food good with lots of choice. Outside courtyard plenty of room and good seating."

"Muy buen hotel para quienes van de paso. Enorme con muchas habitaciones y personal amable. Habitaciones amplias. Me tocaron algunos mosquitos dentro de la habitación y por eso no le pongo tan buena calificación en la limpieza. Fuera de eso todo bien. A pasos de la terminal 5"

"The only one gym machine is Out of service. They had a sign which says that they are going to fix it as soon as possible but it is not true... I stayed there for a month and same sign was there and nothing fixed. Also, be carefull if you are booking a saturday night because thay had parties until 1:30 am and if you have to wake up early in the morning it is impossible to sleep. They offer you to change your room but in 5th floor you can still hear the noise. It is not a serious hotel at all."
