"Filthy kitchen, filthy fridge, smelly microwave. You could not use any of the crockery unless you washed it first. The crockery was put back in the cupboards unwashed. There was no hot water. The kitchen cupboards had sticky handles and I felt simply unclean being there. I booked 6 nights but left in the morning after the first night. I’ve seen reviews of this place a year old echoing my comments so the owner takes no notice of reviews. Beware. "

"We always stay here when over from USA as father lives in Farnborough. Love the place as convenient to everything we need. Only issue is the parking can be full up."

"An amazing little cottage in beautiful surroundings. We loved being able to wander the stunning grounds, and the provided milk, cereal and eggs was a lovely touch. The cottage is perfect, clean and comfortable, and dog friendly too!"

"I arrived at 8pm to find out there was a problem with my room's door lock and the door wouldn't close. I was ready to start trawling hotels for a last minute room but the lovely lady who acts as agent for the owner, pointed out to the owner that the main house, which sits in the same plot, was available for a couple of days, and so they gave me a large family house for a couple of days. I stay in Waterlooville regularly for business and will definitely stay again. "

"Es waren unvergessliche Tage in einem wunderbaren Haus mit allem was man sich nur wünschen kann. Bei der Ankunft gab es einen Blumenstrauß mit einer persönlichen Karte und einem Geschenkkorb. Was für eine schöne Idee. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Hervorzuheben ist der wunderbare Garten im Innenhof. Wir haben die tolle Atmosphäre in der großen Küche genossen und saßen jeden Abend dort und haben gemeinsam gekocht. Die Kommunikation mit Victoria war jederzeit...
