Set on 2.1 lush acres, this meticulously renovated historic home combines timeless elegance with modern amenities, making it an ideal retreat for multigenerational families or groups of friends. The grounds include the main home, garage apartment, studio apartment (available May 1st - October 31st), and pool house for your use.
Step out onto the breezy wrap-around porch for a glimpse of the harbor or unwind by the private 900 sq. ft. in-ground pool, surrounded by a beautifully appointed pool house perfect for lunch or afternoon cocktails. The entertainment continues with a commercial-grade children’s playground, tennis court, and a stunning new outdoor kitchen—ideal for alfresco dining or evenings by the built-in gas fire pit.
