For an older locally owned motel I was pleasantly surprised. I stay in hotels about 285 days a year for work as I'm always traveling. The property had everything we needed, including a hot tub. Family commented that this was the first place that we had stayed that there was no wait for the bathroom which is important when there are kids. We enjoyed the view and the trails around the rental.
