"The girl at check in her name was skyler she was very pleasant and very helpful and she was always wearing a smile very pleasant young lady. But the bath tube had lots of hair that was not cleaned very well. But other than that it was very clean."

The maids are here and attentive during the day and management is actively changing, cleaning, painting, etc. The bathrooms are clean. Room itself is just older. Decent lighting. Beds are okay. "Staff were amazing, especially helpful when I was having a wardrobe malfunction. The room was clean, good size and comfy bed. It is a great location, walks like to many downtown sites. I definitely would stay again!"

"Your hotel was THE choice for my needs on this business trip. I was attending two days of CLE at the NCAJ in the office complex across the road, the second day at which I was speaking, and I needed a hotel near the NCAJ at which I could get well rested during the night between the two CLE sessions.
