"Very clean rooms and very helpful staff."

"The property presented with welcoming and helpful staff—they allowed us to store our ice cream for a birthday party the following morning. The room was clean; the hot breakfast was amazing; the shower head gave a great shower. Our only concern was the sink drain in Room 224 took ages to drain. Otherwise, our 3 day stay we definitely rate a 5 star visit!!"

"Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. "

"Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. When it says "sleeper sofa" it's not actually a bed. The couch folds out into basically a thick mat on the floor. Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice. Love the firepit. "

"The room was nice but the housekeeping did not do the best job sweeping the floors there was candy under the AC unit in front of the window. Yes they are pet friendly and that’s great but not when the pet’s owner drones not know how to keep their large dog from barking. The staff was amazing."

"We stayed at Element for one night and loved it! Wish we could have stayed longer. It will for sure be our go to hotel in the area. Everything was new and clean. The room was very spacious and well laid out for our family of 5. The breakfast was super impressive as well. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. 5 stars for sure! "

"A/C worked but very noisy. No hot tub. Water was hot! Staff friendly and accommodating. Furniture very beat up and needs replacing. Bathroom fan very dirty, not sure if really was working. Fridge very noisy and door not fully closing. Ice machines were broken. No coffee machine in lobby. Bathroom floor grouting very dirty. Just could use a real overhaul."
