"We wanted to stay somewhere different than corporate hotel (shop local), and this was a great choice. We didn’t need a lot of amenities; just a comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom. Contactless check-in was a breeze and I think we were the only people there that night, so it was nice and quiet. My only complaint is that nobody made a pot of coffee in the lounge the next morning. Other than that, 5 stars"

"The rooms was clean easy parking quiet expect the hotel is nearby railroad tracks and I heard two trains go through parking easy and places to eat and shop nearby"

"Visible of poor maintenance and upkeep. The a/c unit needs maitenance, room smelled of smoke and alcohol, and the bedding smelled. We were tired and just kept the reservation but did not shower due to the linens and uncleaniness."

"Nice clean room and bathroom . Nice walk-in shower. Loved that they had chargers / outlets everywhere in the room, we weren’t having to take turns charging electronics. Another detail I liked was the bathroom lighting , it was the soft white light instead of harsh fluorescents. Only thing i didn’t like was the ice machine on our floor was out of order and the shower head only had enough water pressure on the hot setting. I would stay there again."

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was very clean and well kept, and the daily breakfast was outstanding. The best hotel biscuits and gravy we’ve ever had! "This is our second time staying here and it’s a great location and an excellent price. While there’s no breakfast or pool, the rooms are HUGE so comfortable for families with older kids. You can cook in your room and there’s so much room for everyone to relax and stretch out. "

"Kim at Front Desk was extremely helpful to us. She provided a shower chair for my wife's use in our room's bathroom. Additionally she gave us a 1 page list of all the restaurants nearby to the hotel and gave us a recommendation (Aubreys) of an excellent nearby restaurant which we visited. All in all a very enjoyable visit to Cleveland Tennessee."
