"Very clean rooms and very helpful staff."

"Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. When it says "sleeper sofa" it's not actually a bed. The couch folds out into basically a thick mat on the floor. Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice. Love the firepit. "

I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. "

"The property presented with welcoming and helpful staff—they allowed us to store our ice cream for a birthday party the following morning. The room was clean; the hot breakfast was amazing; the shower head gave a great shower. Our only concern was the sink drain in Room 224 took ages to drain. Otherwise, our 3 day stay we definitely rate a 5 star visit!!"

"I checked in at 3 AM with my three boys, exhausted and just hoping to get some rest, only to walk into our room and find a cockroach. Completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with kids. To make matters worse, Expedia is refusing to refund my money until they speak with a manager—but the manager won’t take any calls. So we’re stuck dealing with a disgusting situation and zero support. Save yourself the stress and stay far away from this property."

"Great place to spend the night. Very clean and the staff were very pleasant. Very conveniently located. I don't think I would select this brand hotel if I were staying multiple nights. There are no dressers in the room, so no place to store items out of the way."

"A/C worked but very noisy. No hot tub. Water was hot! Staff friendly and accommodating. Furniture very beat up and needs replacing. Bathroom fan very dirty, not sure if really was working. Fridge very noisy and door not fully closing. Ice machines were broken. No coffee machine in lobby. Bathroom floor grouting very dirty. Just could use a real overhaul."
