Walker Top Private Quiet Luxury 1 Br. Villa

This is a private RETREAT. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Experience what Historic Harriman (2 min drive) and East Tennessee has to offer with comfy beds, soft towels, great views and centrally located to a plethora of activities.

Conveniently located 5 mins off I-40 from either exit.

This is a listing to book the lower half of my home that has been newly renovated with private entrance.

Although I am huge pet lover, pets are not allowed.
The space
Private space with two entrances (bedroom and living room) in a newly rented gated walk out basement. Soundproofing in the floors and high efficiency doors and windows to ensure a quiet stay. Beautiful views of the history Stowers Estate (The Manor at Stowers Hill). Beautifully landscaped with its own private patio.
Guest access
Access to the full lower half of the house. Stairs lead you down to the two enters doors. The first is access to the bedroom and the second is the living room.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The place is beautiful and well taken care of. The amenities and comforts that they offer is above and beyond. Our granddaughter loved the goats, it was like her own petting zoo! We were in town visiting our kids and granddaughter and will definitely be keeping this listing for our future visits.

Charming hillside apartment

Secluded hillside apartment conveniently off the interstate. we were greeted by goats on the fenced hill. Very clean and comfortable! Host provides virtually everything you need.Access instructions were thorough. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in Kingston or the Harriman area!

Everything You Need & More!

We stayed two nights while visiting the area to attend a concert at Historic Brushy Mountain. We weren’t in the room much except to sleep but found it very quiet, modern and equipped with all the things you might want. We would highly recommend this property and would stay again when in the area.

Quality Stay

Where do we start? Mark was the perfect host! He was very responsive to our questions. The house was even better than advertised! Talk about details! The bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing, the amenities were plentiful, and the décor was very aesthetically pleasing! We loved the scents of the the soaps, the temperature of the house, the paper products and the goodies that greeted us upon arrival. WE WILL BE BACK!!! Thank you!

Perfect!

We were very pleased! It is a very well thought out space with a truly complete kitchen… even had an electric kettle and French press! (Along with other types of coffee makers!) The bathroom was all you could ask for and the bed and pillows were very comfortable! This was a great location and great value!

Walker Top Villa

Overall, our stay was lovely. The accommodation was very comfortable,with every amenity available. The kitchen and bath require special mention!! Great appliances, all utentsils and plates etc of good quality. The bath, shower and quality of towels were a treat! The outdoor sitting around is a bonus! We had an extended stay and felt at home every day. The host was wonderfuly- friendly, kind and so accommodating. If we are every back in that area, we will stay again. Thanks!
