I had to find the confirmation email and call the number. I was then given the wrong room number by that person. I think the link between Expedia and the property is weak, and the timing of the texts the property sends was late to me."

"This is an older motel, so don't expect a 4-star hotel. I've stayed there twice on the last two years, and both times I have had excellent experiences. The building is probably from the 1950-1960 era, and it does show. However, the rooms themselves have everything you would need. Everything is very clean. There are no odd smells, the rooms smell fresh. Everything was very hygienic and there were no signs of any problems. There has never been any problems with noise at night, any more than you...

"Great accommodations! Location was convenient about a mile from the town center. Our room was neat and clean had nice views of the river and backyard was well maintained. Ideal for a family with children and dogs. Lots of play area and plenty of room to relax under a shady tree and read a book. Very nice restaurant food was great. Breakfast buffet was very good and was included in the room rate. All staff members were kind, helpful and would go the extra mile to make sure your stay was special."

"We found our check-in to be accomodating especially since I have mobility issues. Our room was to be on the second floor and we were provided with a first floor upgrade at a nominal fee. It was quiet with a comfortable bed . We did find that our operation of the television was quite difficult. We feel there should have been more explanation on its control.
