"No hot water in sink or tub. Another customer complaint about not having hot water while I was getting breakfast and was given credit for the inconvenience . Upon checking out I complained about also not having hot water. I was told there was nothing they could because I had paid thru Expedia ."

Our main concerns were the mattress could be softer, the toilet should be taller + the level of noise with a toilet flush does not allow people to sleep through it - it is way too loud.
