Parque Happy Mount

The Internet was down when I checked. Which was sorted promptly and a member of staff came to let me know. It was remote check in . No staff to see. But the staff was efficient and polite. The room was clean, comfortable and seamed to have been recently refurbished. It was above a restaurant that I never found to be open. There was a bar on site that was quiet and never disturbed me. My only issue with the area was I struggle to get food that I as okay with As I can have a delicate stomach. I'm not sure on afghan food. But a busy food street 15 min walk way.

Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable. La decoración es muy original, todo madera y colores verdosos y cálidos. La habitación era amplísima así como el cuarto de baño, también muy cómodo y espacioso.Se nota que el hotel es nuevo, todo está impecable. El personal es muy servicial y atento, especialmente Marc que nos ha tratado muy amablemente estos días. Nos ha gustado el detalle hacia los clientes de la fruta fresca y las golosinas.

First night. Long walk to room only to find key didn't work, long walk back to have it reprogrammed. Then once I went to bed the TV turned itself on several times during the night. It did so only for a few seconds - long enough to wake me up (lights followed by volume) but not long enough to warrant getting out of bed before the damn thing turned itself off again! I eventually unplugged the damn thing. Second night. Staff seemed to have gone to bed when I got back shortly after midnight. A long wait for someone to open the door, only to find that once I got to my room the key had stopped working again - walk back to reception and second long wait for staff to get out of bed again before they could reprogramme the key! Both nights: people in neighbouring rooms seemed to know each other and banging each others doors and shouting at 3.00am. Compensation needed
