"Everything was close by the hotel."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was really low to the ground, so if you're fat, like me, then it took a while to roll out of it. The restaurant selection needs to improve too. The Hydraulic Bar was pretty lame when it came to food selection. The front desk staff was really good."

"Door lock was broken. Door didn't fit properly. You could see straight through around the door when closed. Rooms were dirty. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. Pull out bed was unusable due to the mattress being so gross and old. Definitely not what i expect to get for an almoat $200 room."

"Parking was easy and rooms were clean but the property is in disrepair. The bathroom has chipped tiles and overall very old looking. It is also very loud. You can hear neighbors easily and traffic. Plus I was to pay when I got to the property and they charged in it advance the day of my arrival. It was not the card I wanted to use. I paid extra for the fee to hold until "arrival" THIS DID NOT HAPPEN and I do not appreciate it"

"Do not trust the high rating on Expedia. Very misleading. This is what you’d expect in a cheap motel. The rooms have no sound-proofing. Very musty smelling. Black gunk in the showers. Paint peeling off the walls. The water wasn’t even lukewarm in the shower, and the pressure was inexistent. "

"The hotel is very "tired" looking. Dark, depressing and dated. Hotel staff was very nice and professional. Bathroom sink faucet was leaking water all over the top of the vanity, so that caused a few problems. I did notify the hotel and hopefully it will be rectified for the next guest."

"I booked and paid for 2 queen beds and arrived at 315p, right at check in and was told the reservation was for a king, upon showing my confirmation email thru Expedia, the front desk person never checked to validate it. Gave me a king which wasn’t what I paid for and never once apologized, instead became argumentative saying they were booked a month plus out like I didn’t book a room. I will never stay here again. Need to train staff on how to say I’m sorry for the inconvenience. "

"Checking in at early morning hours is a joke. They lock you outside and talk to you on a phone only to tell you they can’t find your itinerary number which is on your receipt they can’t find it in their system. Makes you wait outside at 2am until you find the 2nd receipt number only for you to have to call them again on the phone and be told she’s pumping for her “kid” in the NICU and you’re going to have to wait some more. Lady sounded like she was heavily intoxicated and in the clouds...
