Paragon Noi Bai Hotel and Pool
"The property was clean and the staff were helpful, however, basic maintenance was needed in our room. Firstly, the toilet was leaking on the floor and needed repair and second the shower would not drain and water built up. Although convenient to the airport, the room could have been better."

"今回は3ベッドルームのお部屋に宿泊しました。部屋はとても広く、清掃も行き届いており、快適に過ごすことができました。ホテル周辺もきれいに整備された街並みで、カフェやコンビニなどが近く、滞在するにはとても便利な環境です。 一方で、シャワー、シャワールームの扉、ドアノブなど、 客室設備にいくつか不具合がありました。フロントに修理を依頼すると対応していただきましたが、残念ながら滞在中に完全に直るところまでは至りませんでした。 フロントをはじめ、スタッフの皆さんは親切で丁寧でした。ただ、設備トラブルへの対応やスタッフ間の連携、コミュニケーションについては、5つ星ホテルとしてのサービスを考えると、設備の維持管理も含めて、まだ改善の余地があるように感じました。 ..."
