私は一人での宿泊でしたので狭い部屋でしたが、とても居心地は良いです。立地は旧市街の一画であるものの騒音の激しい中心部というわけではなかったので、足回りが良いにも関わらず、静かな環境で就寝できました。朝食は特別素晴らしいわけではなく並みですが、総合的に考えれば、この立地と宿泊費はとても魅力的です。ハノイ再訪時には再度宿泊しますね。

Well first of all let me be very clear. This IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A 4 star property as advertised on Expedia. Now that being said. Fairly good value for money. Great location. Decent ( although repetitive) breakfast and dang how I love the coffee here!! PSA: the hotel is in a tiny little alley so drivers might find it hard to find, make sure and download the location pin! Anyone else with mobility issues. The bathtub is bizarre and has about a 3/4 foot raise to get in backwards. I struggled with it. Tv wasn’t working and staff tried but never resolved. Let me say though. STAFF INCREDIBLE. Dee and Celine ( and her partner from the hostel bar next door but can’t remember how to spell his name!!) were next level amazing. Also, Nomad Leah who helps periodically with media and outings is equally Amazing. You can join the fun events next door and free beer from 7-8 and a nice little free pool table!!

Staff was so nice - my room had flooded because of the rain so they got another room for me in a sister hotel + gave lots of free water and things to make up for it. Hotel itself was to be expected for price and area

The service and breakfast are beyond my expectations. Is walking distance around the old town. The manager Kim is so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Better than a Hostel and not much more money

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. The location is good. I found it after taking the bus from the airport and walking from the bus stop. They serve a nice breakfast every morning. The staff are polite, even if they do not all speak the tourist's languages. The room is just the size I needed, with room for all of my things. It was basic and good price for the money.

This lovely hotel located in the old quarter is perfect for people coming to Hanoi for the first time. It is convenient located, the staff are friendly and the rooms are great for the price. I was on the 7th floor, in 702 and there is a lift which is a bonus. There is AC that is included and the WiFi works in the rooms too. You get 2x500ml bottles of water everyday, tea, coffee, a kettle and a fridge. The toiletries are also good as you get a dental kit, cotton buds, shaver, shower cap, shower gel and shampoo. It is rare to get this amount of things in a 3 star that is so affordable. The breakfast is pretty good for the price and it is filled right up to 10am. There is a bit of noise from the street but nothing bad. Also, the shower leaked slightly but easily solvable.

The room is not the same as advertised, it’s so small and cramped. We noticed that there’s a lot of molds in the shower head and the room smells like mold. The moment we arrived, their balcony door is broken, totally unsafe since we’re all women. We were adamant that it needs to be fixed right away. At first, they didn’t even want to fix it, and said there’s CCTV at the balcony but it’s nowhere’s to be found. Totally not safe. The breakfast was decent but needs A LOT of improvement, we saw the cleaning lady spraying cleaning solution next to the food, this may cause food poisoning. Again, totally unsafe. They have old towels like rags with stains and we need to ask for a new one multiple times. We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days but they never cleaned the floor or changed our beddings. Super not worth it and unhygienic. Their bed is the worst, I bumped my legs and feet ALL THE TIME since the space is too cramped and small. The shower head is the worst, it’s full of mold. We will never come back here and won’t even recommend to our family and friends. Needs a lot of improvement.

Good hotel in a great area in old quarter lots of food options and shops and many many things to do... The breakfast there is OK. Rooms are super tiny but comfortable. Wi fi is terrible... Staff is good but there was only one person for the hotel and the hostel and sometimes when i needed something there was nobody to help.

객실 두개를 예약하고 비행기 도착이 늦은 밤이라서 미리 12시넘어 체크인한다고 메세지까지 보냈습니다 더구나 비행기 출발지연으로 밤2시 넘어 호텔에 도착했더니 방이 하나밖에 없다고 하면서 방하나는 인근 호텔에 대신 잡아주겠다고 해서 일행과 떨어져서 1박할 수 밖에 없었음 그런데 기막히게도 남아 있던 호텔방은 창문도 없는 평상시에는 사용하지 않았던 방으로 호텔 객실이라고 말 할수 없을 정도로 열악했고 인근 대체호텔은 자세한 설명도 없이 택시태워서 낯선 골목어귀에 하차시켜주고 호텔이름조차 제대로 알려주지 않아서 새벽3시경 한시간이나 방황할 수밖에 없었으며, 대체해준 호텔은 호텔이 아닌 일반숙소로 등록된 숙박시설로 황당한 경험을 했음 정말로 말문이 막히고 억울해서 다시는 호텔앱을 사용하고 싶지 않음 도착했던
