"Location is perfect - right in front of the West Lake. The view is amazing. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Just allow a bit extra time when calling taxi as it is always traffic jam near the hotel (as it sits in the middle of the tourist landmark)."

Sofitel Hangzhou Westlake
"The hotel was sub standard for a 5 star hotel. At best it is worthy of 3 stars. The shower was over bath and everyth8ng screamed 1995. Everything needs a massive refurbishment. Staff were nice and the room clean. Breakfast ok and location to the westlake excellent. Its ok but dont expect the 5 star ..."

Centre de Hangzhou
Quan siguis a Centre de Hangzhou, aprofita per descobrir Llac de l'Oest o Ciutat de la Seda de la Xina de Hangzhou. Per moure't per la ciutat, pots agafar el metro a Estació de North Jianguo Road o Estació de Baoshan Bridge.
