"Fantastic location, staff amazing"

"The hotel was convieniently located in the heart of old town Hanoi. It was clean, with all the amenities you might want. The staff really made the biggest difference. They learned my name and what I liked within a day or two. Always pleasant, always opening doors for me, always friendly and offering tips for everything from grocery stores to food and attractions. I stayed here twice and I'll stay here again next time through."

The roof top was very small and the kitchen didn’t have a lot of things available. When going into my room I noticed multiple things wrong. The beds were pushed together to make a king bed. Then I noticed there were bugs all over the bed. The sheets were dirty and the room smelled like cigarettes. They did apologize and moved me...

"We had a wonderful stay at The Oriental Jade Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and many attractions. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the rooftop pool and bar offered amazing views of Hanoi. "Everything was good They need a little improvement with communication. I booked a 16 seaters van pickup from airport but somehow I was misunderstanding where to meet a driver. It took too long for them to respond to my message. I have to take 2 different minivan to hotel instead. Most of the party was my mistake not familiar with the surroundings. But I wish they can be prompt to my message. Thank you"

"everything excellent except one thing- note the nail salon close by 7pm and not 10 as i plan my day accordingly and then when i went there at 8 pm the staff already left and also they claim some discount on salon services but you end up spending more as they add service tax and gst on the prices they show you. so please mind that."
