"Stayed here while I was in Hanoi. It was a great hotel to stay at for my trip in Vietnam. The room was spotless and there were multiple amenities at this hotel. The hotel staff were all very helpful and they allowed us to do a late check out and even arranged free transportation to the airport. The manager Nancy went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible and I highly recommend staying here if you visit Hanoi."
