"Even though it is a Love hotel, and the Lobby smells like a lit cigarette all the time, you won’t find a better room in Tokyo. That being said, price is a little high for what it is."

"Great hotel and location! I love that the room provides a kettle and a washer/dryer. It made the stay very comfortable and easy. I also like that for the limited housekeeping you have the option for the staff to not enter the room and just leave fresh towels. The hotel also felt very safe since you are only able to access your own floor with your key card. Overall a great stay!"

"I love the free amenities, and how it’s walking distance. Breakfast was great, it came with an onigiri maker and you make it yourself. Unlimited free amenities, and free booze. "

"Excellent hotel with everything you would reasonably expect. The room is very small, but It had squeezed in a desk with a nice view of the area. I appreciated the nice casting setup on the large TV and the fast & stable free wifi. The staff were very professional, helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again."

"I never stayed at a themed hotel like this before, but it was a very pleasant stay. Love the outside space on the roof and terrace. The footbath was also a very nice touch. There are so many self-serve free amenities like toiletries, wine, and desserts. For breakfast, you get to choose from 5 options and they bring it up to your room which was nice, but not so convenient with limited dining space in the room, so it was a bit tight. "Good location. And the room is pretty good for a group of 3. The location is also near a metro station and a couple of convenient store and restaurants. It's also one bus away to the heart of Shinjuku. The only down side is the hotel doesn't have a elevator which made it hard for us bringing in and out our luggages. We're on the 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow. We struggle bringing down 6 luggages when we were leaving. "

"It was my first time in Japan, and staying at Sotetsu Fresa Inn helped make it a wonderful experience.
