"Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het Osaka Castle. Badkamer is zeer modern en netjes. Er was te weinig kastruimte voor een wat langer verblijf en er miste ook een bureau in de kamer om te werken. "
