"The place was nice just a bit outdated. We got 1st floor and the hallway looked like a seen from the shinning. Over all our room was ok. No microwave in the room but we had a stove with oven and the thing that just did not sit with me was there was a few roches but other than that it was all nice and they have a laundry room which is convinient."

"I was not told the hotel is under construction and they would start from 9-5 and we couldn’t rest at all, especially that I’m pregnant and wanted to rest more and couldn’t . There was no hot water and I called them 4 times and basically said it is what it is . They couldn’t even move us to different room. The front desk lady was rude and would just stair at you. Towels were so tough that we felt like it was scratching our body. I would not come back . "

"Shower stalls are like a cruise ship. Super small. Ice machine only on lobby level. Microwaves are only in a few rooms so you need to go to lobby ask for key to other room. Great gym, pool. "

"Pool area was nice. The staff were attentive at keeping the areas clean. We had a slight barking dog problem, but that was taken care of right away. The desk staff was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay there we’re hoping that the level of service will always exceed our expectations and our looking forward to our next visit."

"It's a nice hotel it's not too expensive and covers all the bases. We asked for a chair and towels to go to the beach and they said no problem so the staff is awesome and the hotel does exactly what it's intended for an inexpensive stay just off Waikiki Beach."

"Excellent room. Corner room was very good for work meetings while family slept in adjacent area. Nice kitchenette. Delicious food and drinks both with in room service and poolside. Only issues were cash-only tipping (couldn’t add to bill and pay with credit card), pool was a little crowded, and valet was a zoo during peak checkout times. "

"This property is a good value if you want to spend less on lodging and not stay in a hostel. It is next to the food trucks (which also have trash taken out every morning), but this did not bother us. This place is far from a fancy hotel, but I think it is good value for the money, and is in a great location."

"The room was fine for my purposes. The neighborhood is away from the bar scene and fairly quiet at night. The 7-11 stocks almost everything for a quick meal and is just a few steps away. The hotel is older and you should keep some earplugs for any of the hotels in Waikiki "

"It’s pretty loud at night and walls were thin. We could here our neighbors all night. Staff was kind but not overly friendly. The room was clean. I wouldn’t stay again, but it’s not bad. Just better options down the road. Oh and there is no ramp, so had to drag our stuff up the stairs to enter the property. Not fun. "
