Disappointed With Room Assignment – Not What We Booked
We booked the *Ocean Front Lanai* with **2 twin beds**, expecting a view of the resort pool and *Kahala Beach* as described. However, upon arrival, we were given an *Ocean View Lanai* with **only one king bed** and a view that overlooked the **parking lot**, not the ocean.
This was especially disappointing as the *Ocean Front* room was more expensive than the *Ocean View*, and we had specifically chosen it for the view and bed configuration. We brought this to the attention of the staff, but unfortunately, the issue wasn't resolved during our stay.
The rest of the resort was beautiful and well-kept, but the mismatch between what we booked and what we received significantly impacted our experience.
