This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded expectations. The front desk staff were warm and accommodating—especially with the included beach chair and towel rentals, which made our beach days effortless.
A true highlight of our stay was the free hula and lei-making classes. Cheryl and her team were absolutely incredible, and my mom and I LOVED every moment—it added such a special and memorable touch to our trip.
What made our experience truly unforgettable, though, was Mildred from housekeeping on the 10th floor. Every day she greeted us with the kindest smile and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was always clean, fresh, and welcoming after long days of exploring. We’re already looking forward to returning—and honestly, we’ll keep coming back just for Cheryl and Mildred. They made our stay feel like home!
