"Hiden Gem of Manali just 10 minutes walking distance from Mall Road with ample space of Parking . When we arrived at hotel , really loved the vibe and the check in process is very smooth and we requested for the room upgradation and they upgrade our room and provide us room with balcony mountain view and we don't want roadside view so we decided to choose the backside room with balcony and I must say the room and the view from the balcony was impeccable and we enjoyed the peaceful mountain view...

"Amazing view of snow capped mountains from our room. A very comfortable, clean room with a balcony. If heating is needed, a heater can be hired per day. Hot water can be a bit slow to begin but does heat up. The staff here were amazing and my thanks to all. Excellent room service and kitchen/restaurant staff who kept us very well fed. The front desk staff were always helpful, friendly and polite. Loved the firepit and live entertainment. The hotel is out of the way in the older area in an apple...

"It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. I came all the way from Canada and I highly regret my decision. No courtesy ."

"It was a beautiful memory after staying in hotel vintage. I have traveled many places in India but this is the best hotel service I have ever experienced till now. Assigned person "Dipankar" from hotel end was at his best performance to serve guests. if we need his prompt action amazed us. he takes care everyday we have had lunch, dinner properly or not. even he helped me to get medicine from outside at night. thank you will be less for him. "I stayed at this property for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The place is well-maintained, the room was clean, the staff were warm and welcoming, the food was excellent, and the view was beautiful. Everything about my stay was great. Highly recommended!"

"We had a great stay in this hotel in Manali. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was very comfortable and the meals were very good. Our overseas credit cards wouldn’t work so they allowed us to check in and stay the first night until we could locate an ATM to be able to pay in cash. We felt very safe in the area "
