Newly renovated studio condo, fully furnished. Balcony w/beach view. Across the street from the beach. Not in loud part of Beach. Minutes walk to the ballroom and other attractions. Many amenities. One free parking space, on street paid parking. It has a queen bed and a single pullout. A great escape 🐟🐠🦞

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee looking at the ocean. We'd sit out there at night with the ocean breeze looking at all the lights along the blvd. The owner sent a welcome text with information on the unit and things to do around Hampton. We had a very pleasing experience.

Wonderful Little Getaway

The place was exactly how it was pictured clean, was stocked with any necessities we would need! The unit owner even left us a basket of snacks and wine and soft drinks in the refrigerator! The ocean/seashore motif, as well as being right across the street from the beach, gave it great ambiance! We will definitely be going again!

You have your own private parking spot. Scott left us snacks. If we had a question he was there to answer. The bed was very comfortable. Third floor water view from left side of building. The room was very clean if you’re looking for a league relaxation it’s a place to go

Great Short Stay

From start to finish it was exceptional. Scott was a great host, checked in to see if we needed anything. The place was clean and had everything we could ever ask for. It was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back!

A nice weekend getaway

This one room condo was perfect for a weekend getaway on the coast. The space was clean and ready as promised (with a bonus of snacks/drinks provided by the host!). The bed was slightly uncomfortable so Im not sure how I would fare during an extended stay, but it was perfect for the weekend. Communication from our host was fantastic as well. Would definitely return!

Great Fall Weekend Getaway

Scott’s place was perfect for my long weekend stay for the Rockfest Half Marathon. Right across the street from the beach and walking distance to shops and bars/restaurants. I loved the ocean view from the balcony while enjoying my morning coffee.

Anniversary getaway

The property was perfect for a weekend away. Location was perfect and convenient to Portsmouth as well as Maine. Condo was small but very clean. Everything needed was provided. Scott, the host, was very responsive to any questions.

A legit great escape

The building and room are great that they are tucked out of the way but yet close enough to walk to the beach and boardwalk. Was super quiet and clean feeling. Will be back next year for sure!
