Welcome to Odysea: a beautifully furnished, newly refurbished condo mere steps from all the fun of Hampton –Beach, Nightlife, Boardwalk, Eateries, Shops, & more. Odysea is conveniently located on the north end of Hampton Beach – where you can park before hitting the main thoroughfares of Hampton Beach.

As you enter through the front French doors, guests are greeted by a spacious open floor plan, modern kitchen, and living space. The kitchen provides full-sized appliances: dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and more – your home away from home.

In the living room, the couch and side chairs create that cozy gathering space for camaraderie and conversation. Play board games; share memories; or watch your favorite movie on the big screen Smart TV. Step out the French doors to bistro seating on your semi-private deck.

Odysea offers excellent parking – not just 1 but 2 private, secured garages. Shady protected parking – always a treasure during both sunny days and inclement weather. Newly added central AC to keep you cool through the steamy summer days.

Odysea provides excellent proximity to Hampton Beach and the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. The Boardwalk is a mere 2-minute walk, and 2-minutes more to the expansive sands of Hampton Beach.

Nice beach cottage

A very well kept and compact little apartment. Well stocked with everything (except they forgot dishwasher soap on this occasion). Two issues: the stairs up to the loft were fine for us, but might be difficult for anyone with walking issues. And the heating system was a bit of a mess. Upstairs roasted, while the downstairs main room was chilly, and the downstairs bedroom became a sauna if you closed the door. But for most people I'm sure this is not a winter time rental!

Amazing weekend getaway

Sweet beach house/unit with all amenities. Walking distance to beach, cafe and eateries. Perfect get away for my husband and I. We will plan to return.

Nicely maintained & great parking for the beach

Very clean and well maintained property. This property has exceptional parking which is unheard of at the beach. We had 2 cars which had garage parking & a guest who visited for the day who were also able to park. This is a rarity at Hampton. Short walk to beach and boardwalk. It is perfect for up to 4 people but be warned , the steps up to the loft are somewhat steep. Be sure to bring your flashlight.

Compact and lovely

Very clean, very well equipped, and comfortable place to stay. Could use a standalone table (there's seating a kitchen counter). Instruction book to explain HVAC was missing and the light bulbs in the bedrooms I don't think were the right ones for the dimmer switch type. There was some non-stop flashing when you tried to dim the light.

Peaceful

We were close enough to the beach to enjoy it with a short walk, and enjoy the boardwalk. But just far enough where it wasnt rowdy with the night life of thw boardwalk. Was clean and cozy, very friendly and respectful of privacy. Will definitely rent again next year.

Other than having to go out of town to get a hairdryer due to the one at the condo not working and not having salt and pepper, we loved our stay! The property owner was fantastic at communicating with us and resolving issues.

Convenient location with all the essentials

Quick easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Garage parking for 2 vehicles and keypad entry into the unit - no keys to worry about. Unit has all the essentials you need for your stay. Plenty of hot water for several showers. Owner was responsive to questions. Would stay there again.

Clean, cute, and close to the beach!

This condo was perfect for our family of four! It was clean and stocked with the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. It was a perfect location for us - not right on the boardwalk (2 young kids). It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, so it was easy to come and go. The only small complaint we had is that the loft was warm as the AC didn’t quite reach it. However, there was a fan upstairs that helped. The rest of the condo was nice and cool. We’d definitely stay again!

Family Trip

This was our first “big trip” with our toddler, and his first visit to the ocean. The property was the perfect size for us and our two boys. We had a short, easy walk to the beach and all amenities the area had to offer. The property was easy to locate, access, and cleanly.

Fun Trip to Hampton Beach

Our condo was easy to find, easy access, and close to the beach. Everything was clean and worked well. Even though there was a large parking lot out back and it was full when we arrived on Sunday, it was a fairly quiet neighborhood just slightly back from the main area. We walked to the beach/boardwalk/shops most nights and felt totally safe letting my daughter and her friend (both 13) roam the shops with us adults during daylight hours. A mirror fell our second day there, but no one was hurt, nothing was busted, and that was a completely random incident (the holder on the back busted). I left a note to report what happened. :-) We would stay again for sure!

great location, great parking situation, easy in and out of the property.

Enjoyed our stay the bathroom and water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. Good workable kitchen. TV picture was very clear and bright, wish there were more local stations. I wish there was an outdoor seating area where you could sit and eat.

Just perfect for a small family

The walk to the beach was so close, forgetting something was no big deal. The parking was a great benefit and the home had everything we could have needed. My 6 year old learned scrabble after a ling day on the beach. The amenities provided were very nice!

The condo was easy to access, a great location and very clean. One drawback was that the ac didn’t reach up into the loft area, but since there was only two of us, the bedroom downstairs with the two beds was perfect! We would certainly recommend, and will definitely stay again!

Just okay

My review is based on the overall temperature of the condo and the communication regarding turning the twin beds into a king. First when we arrived the condo was muggy inside. It was 90 degrees that day, so we thought entering the condo would provide some relief. That wasn't the case, we turned down the temperature of the two AC's. The AC'S didn't help cool the place down. We were very disappointed by this. Then we went up to the loft. No Ac or circulation of air at all. It had to be at least 90 + in the loft. We didn't sleep in the loft. We had asked for the twin beds to be turned into a king for our stay this wasn't done for us as requested. I'm actually GLAD it wasn't done because we all had to sleep in the one small bedroom that had AC. Needless to say we ended our stay early due to how uncomfortable the sleeping arrangements were. The cost of this rental is overpriced for that reason. I won't even get into the Keurig issue. Nice small place for two if you don't mind the lack of adequate AC.
