Another fantastic stay with my family in this Hampton Beach condo! Well cleaned and appointed, great communication with the owner and smooth check-in process. In a perfect location with beautiful ocean views! I really appreciate the extra hooks for beach towels and the extra dresser drawer space in the bedroom. We have stayed in many places in Hampton Beach over the past 10 years and this condo is our favorite.

AMAZING WEEK!!

My husband and I stayed for a week. The condo was wonderful!! Very clean! Everything we needed was there. The balcony was our favorite as we could look out over the ocean as well as people watch on Ocean Boulevard!! (Always entertaining!!) Also watched the Wed night fireworks right from the balcony! Check-in process was super easy. Also like that the building was very secure! Codes needed for gate, elevator, and entry door!! Also parking lot was gated. We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to return and stay again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Great Beachfront Condo

We had a great time staying at this condo. It was steps away from the beach and great central point between Boston and Portland. We spent more time in Hampton Beach than planned since it was was convenient.

Excellent condo and location

We have stayed in multiple units at the Sea Spray, this one was awesome! Very clean, had necessary supplies, and great communication with the owner. Lovely beach view and location. Would definitely recommend and am excited to return.

Sea Spray week at Hampton Beach

This very updated and clean condo served as a great choice, at a great location for our weeklong beach stay. We found that the pictures on VRBO accurately captured what we experienced. Newer ammeneties, a comfortable bed with loads of storage space. At all times pre check in, during, and post weeks stay the owner gave detailed and helpful information that removed any guesswork. Balcony afforded a comfortable view of the ocean, and the colorful cast of people that make up Hampton Beaches lively boardwalk. It served as both a perfect happy hour spot, or post dinner haven to watch the fireworks from. Small suggestions: Would be great to have other coffee maker than Keurig, but this was not an inconvenience. Nice touches included dishwashing soap, a few keurig cups for starters, laundry detergent, and many other smaller items so that renters had one less thing to purchase. Thank you for sharing this great place with us and we hope to see you next year.

Ocean front vacation rental

We have stayed at Hampton Beach many times over the years, mostly at hotels. This condo on the beach was perfect and very accommodating. The condo had everything we needed to make our vacation very enjoyable. It was in a great location for walking and near some great restaurants. We hope to return in the future.

Best Hampton Beach Stay So Far

We come to Hampton Beach every couple of years and this has been our favorite property stay so far. Beautiful ocean front condo that was clean and fresh the moment we walked in - almost felt brand new. The owner has thought of important details like having plenty of extra hooks for hanging wet towels and bathing suits. I really appreciated the large dresser in the bedroom - in addition to the built in wall units and closet - for plenty of storage space for our family of four. The bed mattress was really comfortable - seemed like some sort of memory foam - firm enough for those who like a firm mattress but a bit of cushion and softness to it for those who like that as well. The couch was really nice - not a typical fold out with the uncomfortable bars that run down the middle. It was more of a cube style unit that both my kids said was comfortable to sleep on. The kitchen was well equipped with all the standard dish-ware and cooking essentials and they even leave a small supply of k-cups to get you started with morning coffee - such a nice amenity to hold you over until you are able to get your groceries! Communication with the owner was terrific and the check-in process was well explained and smooth. Great location, within walking distance to everything Hampton Beach has to offer. Incredible ocean views that I miss already! Just a fantastic stay and will definitely book again in the future.

This was our first VRBO experience and we were happily surprised! Beautiful views of the beach and ocean and boardwalk. Haven’t been to the area since early 1990’s and was happy to see that Hampton Beach showed me old memories and new. The condo is new, tastefully decorated, quiet and we will definitely stay there again.

Beachfront condo rental

Property was very clean and well furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony's direct view of the ocean, the fireworks and the constant activity below on Ocean Blvd. I would definitely rent this place again.

Clean with great access to hampton beach

Everything was clean and stocked right on main strip of Hampton Beach with private parking. Bedroom away from street so even on busy nights most of the crowd noise wasn't noticeable. Owner responded within the hour when i had question.
