You will love staying in this Spacious Studio Apartment on the second floor in the “Smallest Coolest Town in America”, Hammondsport NY ! Located just 5 blocks walking distance of picturesque Keuka lake; Keuka lake being just one of the five Finger Lakes in the area to enjoy!
Come see the Charming Hammondsport square, just 4 blocks walking distance; enjoy the shops, food, wine, and lake recreation that Hammondsport has to offer.
The property is in a quiet neighboorhood with ample off street parking. The second floor studio bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom. Sheets and towels are supplied. Unique apartment space that has high ceilings and walls painted in soft white and gray colors that created a relaxing and calm feeling during our stay. Clean, full of natural light, plenty of a/c and a nice kitchenette. We did miss having a lamp available though. Nightlights in all the right places. Quiet neighborhood that we enjoyed walking to/from Depot Park, the local dining options and shops. Worth mentioning are the steps going up to the second floor to the apartment are a bit narrow and you have to step up/down to get in/out of the shower, but this is just for awareness for guests that may be a bit older. The owners were very considerate. Answered our questions and left the lights on for us when we let them know we would be arriving later than the usual check-in time. We would stay again.

Jody is a fantastic host. The property is tucked in a quiet Hammondsport neighborhood with easy access to Keuka Lake, wineries, shops, and restaurants. Hammondsport has become an annual summer stop for us, and we look forward to returning to this property.

The place was warm and cozy and very comfy. The hosts were very communicative and available. Bed was comfy. Great location for what we needed. We would definitely return. Stairs were steep but doable.

Perfect stay

Great place. Everything you need for a trip to the Finger Lakes is in this studio apartment. Great location if you enjoy a short walk into town. Owners response to any questions were answered quickly. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Wine-ding down

Perfect location to sample local wineries in the Finger Lakes region. We were driving back to Massachusetts from a Canada vacation stay and wanted to spend a couple days visiting local wineries. The property is close to downtown restaurants and more than enough wineries in the two days we spent here. Plenty of room, comfortable beds in a safe neighborhood. I would caution anyone who has trouble navigating steep stairs to consider staying elsewhere, but really that was the only "negative" about the property. Would stay again.

Spacious

Do not let the entrance deceive you! The stairs lead you up to a spacious studio in a residential neighborhood. We were in easy walking distance of cool restaurants and neighborhood bars. Shops looked fascinating. We were in easy driving distance of wineries in the area. Small town but lovely in so many ways.

Excellent property. Don’t judge by the outside as it could use a little paint. Inside was perfect and well maintained and decorated. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was also excellent but we didn’t use it other than the refrigerator. We would go again. Perfectly located if you are interested in being near the best wineries in the finger lakes.
