Did the job!

Location was good, and allowed us to get to and from Joyce Park easily for our event and explore Hamilton. The area had a lot more to offer than anticipated! The stay lacked a good deep clean! Dust, hair in bathroom, bugs (ants and a roach looking thing), utensil found in a bedroom, leftover container found in other bedroom. We had someone knocking on door in early hours of the morning. No salt and pepper, no cutting board, no large knife. All items were purchased and left behind for others to use in the future! We made it work, but wasn’t our favorite! Check in was easy enough!

Nice Place

Was a nice property for my family and doggies to stay. Large rooms lots of room and the little fenced area was perfect for the dogs to chill out. Tony the host was available and answered all my questions. We will stay again next time in town.

Basketball weekend

In town for a basketball tournament. Location was perfect for us and convenient to all things downtown Hamilton and the Spooky Nook sports complex. Checkin was smooth and easy.

Bottom Half

This is the bottom half of a duplex. We had a good experience. I stayed with my longterm boyfriend, two friends, and two small dogs. It’s two bedrooms and a couch for sleeping options. Hard for drivers to find if you didn’t stand out front because it’s literally downtown and mostly businesses nearby. Otherwise there were ample general supplies in the rental, from paper towels and trash bags to toilet paper, bathroom towels and hand soap. The space was clean. The description and pictures are accurate. The fenced in part of the yard was small, so big dogs might need potty walks if they don’t like small spaces to take care of business. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay for spooky nook event

Property was well maintained- home was clean- front bedroom could use blackout curtains- the trains are very loud in the middle of the night.You can hear the movement from upstairs quite a bit.

Nice Place-Walking Distance to Spooky Nook

This was exactly as described, we enjoyed our stay and had a fun weekend. Close to downtown restaurants and shops, but also close to Spooky Nook for sporting needs. Host was flexible with departure time that accommodated our tournament schedule, which was greatly appreciated! Close to bike/walking path which was awesome place to take my dog for walks. Would stay again.

Convenient location & spacious unit

The unit was cutely decorated and the bed linens were clean and comfortable. The unit is very spacious & in a convenient location in downtown Hamilton. Communication & check-in/check-out was great.

Enchanted with this cool property!

We were totally charmed with this house and will definitely be back! Plenty of space, comfortable sleeping, and really beautiful architectural layout within the apartment. Not only that, its location offered access to the heart of Hamilton (the river and neighborhood district were lovely and had history, culture, great restaurants to explore) while still providing a secure place to come "home" to. Tony, our host, was so easy to work with and responded to our inquiries promptly, even providing great recommendations for what we might check out in town. Highly recommend this cool VRBO!

Short and Sweet Stay

Our visit was short and sweet. We attended a wedding earlier that evening and didn't arrive to the house until late at night. The directions were clear on how to access the parking and then how to enter the house. Tony offered to let us check in earlier and check out later if we wanted to, but unfortunately, our schedule did allow us this time. We wish we could have stayed longer to check out the town. There were lots of extra blankets and pillows available for those sleeping on the pullout couches. We would stay again if we are ever in town.

Was good. Open floor plan was a bit inconvenient for privacy while sleeping but size of house accommodated group of 8. Clean. Automatic light came on and off many times through the night & air conditioner came on and off often and was loud. Worked well for a quick 12 hour stay.
